PBB Gen 11: Rain Celmar’s “pahuway” track from b luvd EP, reached 100K streams on Spotify, plus her role of “Olivia” in Love At First Spike

Recently, Star Music Philippines, ABS-CBN’s recording entity, has announced that one of the tracks of Rain Celmar’s “b luvd” EP that was released on online music streaming platforms last May 30, 2025 at Midnight, including through a sold-out fan meet event at the SM North EDSA Skydome, titled “pahuway”, has just reached over one hundred thousand streams on Spotify. Rain Celmar, as you may probably know, was known for as a PBB Gen 11’s 2nd Big Placer, monikered as the “Cheerfu-Langga of Cebu”.

“pahuway”, was among of the tracks of her EP album release, along with “eyes open”, “ligaya”, “miss senti(mental)”, and the album’s key track, “b luvd”, as explained in a recent ABS-CBN PR post, that it was composed by her fellow artists, namely, Fana, Jarea, and Jeremy G., which delves into waiting for love in the midst of mixed signals in a relationship. This is also among of the three songs that Rain co-wrote that are based in Filipino (Tagalog), English, and Cebuano (Bisaya).

During the time when this EP was released on iTunes Store/Apple Music, the album was topped the said streaming site’s album charts for the Philippines and Singapore, while its five of these tracks dominated the songs chart, and debutted in the worldwide albums chart, at the 67th spot. The EP album and it’s tracks are available for streaming on various streaming platforms, including on our “PBB Gen 11 HM’s Music Playlist” on Spotify.

Additionally, she will also be seen as well under the role of Olivia in the upcoming original series on iWant, under the title, “Love At First Spike”, to release it’s premiere episode by June 20, 2025. It’s poster of the series, in which it’s been directed by Ivan Andrew Payawal, was also released on various social media pages of the said online streaming site (including those from ABS-CBN) yesterday, June 8, 2025, during iWant ASAP. Among of the casts of it were PBB Gen 11’s Dylan Yturralde and Binsoy Namoca, PBB Collab’s Emilio Daez and River Joseph, and among others, including Reign Parani and Sean Tristan.
