As Pinoy Big Brother Gen 11 will soon celebrate two years since it debuted the first fifteen housemates inside the house on July 20, 2026, Will You Fake Marry Me, one of the latest microdrama offerings on iWant, which starred PBB Gen 11 alums JM Ibarra and Fyang Smith, premiered the first part on June 30, 2026, featuring the first fifteen of the thirteen episodes available for streaming on iWant.
A day after the rom-com microdrama was released on iWant and the social media accounts of the streaming platform and ABS-CBN Entertainment, it landed at the number 1 spot in the most-watched charts on iWant. Similarly to its previous microdramas released on iWant, to date, it has accumulated more than 31 million online views on social media, proving that Will You Fake Marry Me became an online hit among netizens from the first five episodes, available for streaming for free on iWant and ABS-CBN’s official Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube accounts.
Co-produced alongside PlayTime Entertainment and directed by Jojo Saguin, the series follows June (Fyang), a hardworking tocino promoter who’s set to inherit a vast fortune from a distant family patriarch—on one condition: she has to marry his godchild and the CEO of the very tocino brand she represents, Ping (JM). As they agree to a fake engagement to prove their love is real legally, genuine feelings begin to spark.
JM and Fyang recently appeared at the Star Magical Prom 2026: The Future last Friday (June 26, 2026), where they were named the Prom King and Queen of the night and won the Best Promposal Award.
The second part of Will You Fake Marry Me, featuring the remaining 15 of the 30 episodes, is scheduled to release at midnight on July 15, 2026. iWant subscribers may also enjoy episodes 6 to 15 for Part 1, and episodes 16 to 30 for Part 2, which are available through its subscription plans, priced locally at PHP 35 per month for the Basic plan and PHP 119 per month for the Premium plan. Kapamilyas and JMFyang Besties abroad may also watch this microdrama at a starting price of USD 12.99 in the United States, CAD 9.99 in Canada, or USD 4.99 elsewhere (or equivalent currency).
Meanwhile, PBB Gen 11’s Singing Gwapa of Cebu, Kai Montinola, will bring the Filipino rendition of How Far I’ll Go, under the title of Hangganan Ko. The rendition is part of their upcoming cinematic release of Disney’s Moana in the Philippines, scheduled to open in cinemas on July 8, 2026.
Kai Montinola released her Kaileidoscope EP a year ago, with Jarren Garcia also featured on the track Shooting Star. She also appeared in a Kapamilya series, Saving Grace, Maalaala Mo Kaya Season 31: Makeup, and Roja, all of which were released last year.
Kai will also perform at the SM Mall of Asia on June 8, 2026, for her live performance in Disney’s Moana.
