The newest P-Pop Group also dropped in their debut single, “Don’t Ask Me Why”, which was composed by Ezri and produced by Jonathan Manalo, the creative, content, and operations head for ABS-CBN Music, serving as “an anthem of self-expression, encouraging them to stay true to themselves despite other’s opinions”.
The trio shares a musical bond as daughters of renowned composer and musical director Raul Mitra and singer Cacai Velasquez-Mitra. Their aunt, OPM icon Regine Velasquez-Alcasid, encouraged them to form a group as they were all passionate about music and arts.
Prior to the release of their debut single on all streaming platforms, they’ve showcased their powerful harmonies and fresh energy when they guest performed in Regine and Vice Ganda’s “SUPERDIVAS” concert, as well as in the Sunday noontime variety show “ASAP.”
