This legal complaint submission is in relation to an unnamed respondent who have committed an unjust vexation, subject to Article 287 relating to Section 4-B of the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 (the Republic Act number 10175). If a certain individual who have committed this criminal offense, the respondent may face imprisonment.

The certain individual that the complainant had filed was in relation to a spliced video of the group reviewing Filipino food, and it was uploaded in the provincial city of the south of Metro Manila.
