1. Death Hoax Posts published by the name of “Jonel”
OUR VERDICT IS ABSOLUTELY FALSE. To date, most of the personalities and celebrities affected by death hoax led by “Jonel” are still alive. For the part that most of the ABS-CBN TV Series, including TVJ Productions’ E.A.T. are airing on a number of channels that “Jonel” mentioned, is also false.
To date, FPJ’s Batang Quiapo, Pira-Pirasong Paraiso and Nag-Aapoy na Damdamin are airing on Kapamilya Channel, Kapamilya Online Live, A2Z, TV5, and Cinemo! (for FPJ’s Batang Quiapo) as well as on iWantTFC and TFC IPTV. For E.A.T., this is only airing on TV5 and BuKo (delayed telecast), as of August 18, 2023. Any claims that these shows are on ABS-CBN or GMA’s DTV Channels are false.
2. Use of “Audiovisual Communicators” for hoaxing an AM Radio Station, done by the name of “Justine” and “Bertrand”
Most of the names are operating their own respective Facebook Pages using the broadcaster’s name and logo, which are trademarked by the company. If you also searched “ACI” on YouTube, you will see that they are using the company’s name and logo, which they are obviously an impersonation of a company, or infringing the trademark/s of Monster Radio, the broadcaster, and it’s materials.
OUR VERDICT IS ABSOLUTELY FALSE, especially on the claims that 1494 KHz is owned by that company. If you are listening 1494 KHz on the AM Radio, you are listening Entertainment Radio that was owned by SBS, and not a random name using ACI’s name.
3. Speculations on the return of ABS-CBN by September 2023 – FALSE!
ABS-CBN Shows can still be enjoyed thru on-air – A2Z and TV5 are the blocktimers of the said media company, with Knowledge Channel and Kroma Entertainment-led PIE Channel can also enjoy their interactive programming thru BEAM TV, apart from their in-house Cable TV Channels by Creative Programs, Inc. – Kapamilya Channel, ABS-CBN News Channel, Teleradyo Serbisyo, Cinemo! and Jeepney TV.
4. Obviously using NET25, EBC and among others as a Regional Station – ALSO FALSE!
Apart from that, “Michael” claimed that EBC will launch more FM Radio Stations in some areas that what he have mentioned, as well as airing reruns of ABS-CBN’s Public Service Regional Shows on NET25’s Regional Channels (apart from NET25’s main programming and it’s newscast, Mata Ng Agila) that he obviously hoaxed it, including a rebrand of UNTV to “FBC” which will never have one right now. That’s a real example of FAKE NEWS on Philippine TV and Radio updates. ALL OF THESE HAVE A VERDICT OF FALSE.
5. Fake IBC 13 Schedules done by “Renzo”
OUR VERDICT: The schedule published from official IBC 13 pages are true, BUT ANY POSTS PUBLISHED ON “RENZO’s” CHANNEL ARE FALSE. The only fact is, IBC 13’s shows include Presidential Programming, Simulcast Programs from PTV 4, the other Government broadcaster, ASEAN-related programming, and it’s own newscast, Tutok 13.
6. El Shaddai and Ang Iglesia ni Cristo on TV5? THAT’S FALSE AND MISLEADING!
OUR VERDICT: “Ang Iglesia ni Cristo” and “El Shaddai” are not airing on TV5, while TAPE’s Eat Bulaga on GMA will NOT BE REBRANDED to “Wow Bulaga” and “All-Out Bulaga”. Any schedule artcards of TV5 and GMA that has been falsified by “Laemon” are also false and misleading.
Conclusion
Additionally, we are calling the attention to the admins and creators behind the Facebook Group of “Philippines Radio/TV Transmitter, Studio, Tower.
