Entertainment: Alexa Ilacad, to lead in Miss Behave, Mutya Orquia, to headline for Estudyantipid

More than a week ahead of the premiere of the upcoming youth-oriented iWant mystery drama original series, Miss Behave, headlined by Alexa Ilacad, and co-starring with Xyriel Manabat, Reign Parani, Andi Abaya, and Rans Rifol, dropped the two and a half-minute long trailer, as they find themselves caught in a shocking scandal involving intriguing private photo leaks. The trailer achieved over 1.2 million views in just a few hours since it was published across all of their social media accounts.

Set in a science high school called State Omni-Standard High, the story follows a group of girls whose lives are thrown into misery after their scandalous private content spreads across the campus. As they faced humiliation, judgment, and damaged reputations due to circumstances beyond their control, the female students decided not to remain silent. Instead, they sought to identify who was responsible for the photo-leaking incident.

Apart from Alexa, Xyriel, Reign, Andi, and Rans, the series also stars JC Alcantara, BGYO member Akira Morishita, Raven Rigor, Zach Castañeda, L.A. Santos, and Zach Guerrero. Ivan Andrew Payawal, the man behind Love At First Spike, a 2025 hit original series on the streaming platform, directs the latest offering.

Miss Behave is scheduled to release exclusively via iWant on June 3, 2026, at 20:00, with new episodes dropping every Wednesday. Viewers can catch the first episode for free, and enjoy the rest with a subscription, priced at PHP 35 a month for the ad-supported Basic plan or PHP 119 a month for the ad-free Premium plan. Kapamilyas abroad may also watch it at a starting price of USD 12.99 in the United States, CAD 9.99 in Canada, or USD 4.99 elsewhere (or equivalent currency).

Meanwhile, Kapamilya actress Mutya Orquia is set to appear in new episodes of the Knowledge Channel educational series, Estudyantipid, which aims to help Filipino students learn about saving, budgeting, and avoiding scams. The latest educational offering, designed for high school learners, is in partnership with the Knowledge Channel Foundation and the BPI Foundation, under the Financial Education Unboxed (FinEd Unboxed) initiative.

The latest episodes of Estudyantipid will tackle responsible money management, smart spending habits, fraud and scam awareness in digital spaces, and wise financial decision-making through reliable and student-friendly storytelling.

To help learners bring educational and financial literacy content to more young learners, particularly in underserved communities, Knowledge Channel announced that the project will be rolled out to selected schools nationwide, with the initiative becoming available in selected campuses in Rizal and Iloilo by July.

Knowledge Channel will also consider expanding this initiative to selected schools in the provinces of Sarangani/South Cotabato and Zamboanga/Basilan.

Knowledge Channel Foundation, Inc. (KCFI) is an ABS-CBN-owned non-stock, non-profit organization that owns and operates the educational channel available on all pay TV providers and via Digital Terrestrial Broadcasts on BEAM TV.
