PBB Collab With GMA Blog: KMJS retweeted a post to endorse Vote to Evict AZVer? They've issued a statement about it

It was on June 28, 2025 when the Big 4 Duos of Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition was announced, wherein AZVer (AZ Martinez and River Joseph), BreKa (Brent Manalo and Mika Salamanca), CharEs (Charlie Fleming and Esnyr Ranollo), and RaWi (Ralph de Leon and Will Ashley) are nominated for a Big Winner for this edition, with Dustin Yu and Bianca de Vera, the duo of DusBi, was named as the final evictee of it.

However, someone from GMA Public Affairs retweeted an X/Twitter post to promote Vote to Evict AZVer from PBB Collab (despite the Big Night will choose who will be the Big Winner of this edition) to the official social media page of Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho, one of GMA Network’s own Telemagazine Show airing on Sunday Nights.

Later, KMJS had issued a statement involving the retweeting of the said post that happened last June 29, 2025 at 1h40. In their official statement regarding to that matter, it stated that they’ve made aware of a retweet from the show’s social media account that appeared to endorse the eviction of one of the Big Four duos from PBB Collab.

The show also understand the frustration this has caused and are currently investigating those who had access to the account at the time. GMA Public Affairs, the entity of GMA Network behind KMJS apologized to those who have felt disappointed or upset, while there was no intention to show bias or favoritism, and they are taking this matter seriously and are reviewing their internal processes to ensure it will never happen it again.

To date, as of June 30, 2025 at 17h00, the Big 4 Duo Housemate “S” was voted by 36.98% of people on the Maya app, the show’s exclusive voting partner, with “U” was voted by 24.57%, “D” with 21.06% votes, and “O” with 17.40% votes. The BBS/BBE lines for the Big Winner of PBB Collab is still open on the Maya app, whereas the BBE results will soon to announce with the show’s Big Night, scheduled this July 5, 2025, to happen live at the New Frontier Theater, Cubao, Quezon City.
