After the third duo eviction night last April 26, 2025, from where that the duo of Michael Sager and Emilio Daez, known as MiLi, have been evicted from the Big Brother House, a new duo housemates have been formed during the April 28, 2025 episode of PBB Celebrity Collab Edition.

– EsMi: Esnyr Ranollo and Mika Salamanca
– WEnt: Will Ashley and Brent Manalo
– ShuCa: Shuvee Entrata and Bianca de Vera
