Following their recent appearances in Love Is Never Gone (Prime Video) and Almost Us (Philippine Cinemas), JM Ibarra and Fyang Smith, known as JMFyang by its fans, return to iWant for their second series appearance on the streaming platform, for their latest Microdrama offering, Will You Fake Marry Me, in partnership with PlayTime Entertainment.
The new romance-comedy microdrama offering premiering exclusively on the online streaming platform on June 30, 2026 (for Part 1), and July 15, 2026 (for Part 2) of JM and Fyang bring their signature chemistry following the success of their two-part original series released in 2025, Ghosting, an online hit after achieving more than 30 million views for its promotional materials, i.e., its teasers and trailer, apart from being trended online.
The premise of the Jojo Saguin-directed series follows June (Fyang), a cheerful and hardworking Tocino brand promoter who learns she is set to inherit a vast fortune from a distant family patriarch on one condition – by marrying his godchild, Ping (JM), the young CEO of the very Tocino brand she represents.
Despite his distrust and her determination to secure the inheritance, the two enter a fake engagement. But as they work to prove their love is real, genuine feelings begin to blossom.
In the second quarter of 2026 alone, iWant had released two microdramas under the Quick Feels brand, Alexa Ilacad and Gelo Rivera-headlined The Chambermaid’s Daughter, which garnered 5 million online video views on social media and became an streaming platform hit when it leads on their most watched charts, and Twist of Fate, which broke the online viewership record of 18.6 million across iWant and ABS-CBN Entertainment social media platforms via Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, about 13.6 million views compared to the latter microdrama.
Will You Fake Marry Me is scheduled to premiere on June 30, 2026, for the first 15 episodes of the 30 on iWant, alongside the official Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube pages of iWant and ABS-CBN Entertainment. The social media release of the microdrama is limited to the first five episodes only.
The remaining 15 episodes are scheduled to release on July 15, 2026. iWant subscribers may also enjoy episodes 6 to 15 for Part 1, and episodes 16 to 30 for Part 2, which are available through its subscription plans, priced locally at PHP 35 per month for the Basic plan and PHP 119 per month for the Premium plan.
Kapamilyas and JMFyang Besties abroad may also watch these microdramas at a starting price of USD 12.99 in the United States, CAD 9.99 in Canada, or USD 4.99 elsewhere (or equivalent currency).
