Have some programming changes ahead for viewers on TV5 and ABS-CBN beginning on June 22 and 29, 2026. The much-awaited return of Coco Martin, the King of Action of our Generation, and Julia Montes, the Prime Actress, is about to arrive not only on the Kapamilya Channel, Kapamilya Online Live, ALLTV2, A2Z, and iWant, but also on TV5, starting on June 22, 2026, for Coco Martin’s Sigabo, produced by ABS-CBN Studios, CCM Film Productions, and Dreamscape Entertainment.
The announcement regarding the airing of Sigabo on TV5 was recently made in a press release from ABS-CBN and TV5, stating that more Filipinos can now join the excitement of the CocoJul-led primetime series as it will begin airing on TV5 starting on June 22, 2026, at 20:00, simultaneously airing on the other ABS-CBN channels and platforms.
Also added to the announcement is the expansion of the Kapatid network’s Public Service program, Face To Face with Ate Koring, hosted by Korina Sanchez, which will air on Kapamilya Channel, A2Z, and ALLTV2 on weekdays at 11:00, starting on June 29, 2026.
This initiative provides Filipinos, both Kapatid and Kapamilya, with more platforms to enjoy quality stories and experiences, according to the TV5 President and CEO Guido Zaballero. He also added that with Sigabo’s arrival on TV5 and the expanded reach of Face To Face with Ate Koring, more Filipinos will enjoy their programming, which brings fun and inspiration.
In 2021, ABS-CBN previously partnered with TV5 to air their noontime shows It’s Showtime and ASAP (now ASAP XP), well-beloved primetime shows, including the final dramas that also aired on the Kapatid network alongside Kapamilya Channel and A2Z, FPJ’s Batang Quiapo, Roja, and What Lies Beneath, and many others, including two Pinoy Big Brother seasons – Connect (for the final days) and Gen 11, Everybody Sing, Your Face Sounds Familiar, The Voice Kids (before it moved to GMA), and Rainbow Rumble, to name a few. The partnership ended on January 1, 2026, after TV5 terminated its content agreement with ABS-CBN.
With the return of ABS-CBN’s programming to TV5, limited to Sigabo, the most-awaited primetime comeback of Coco Martin is finally here to bring fresh excitement to viewers. Apart from Coco and Julia, Sigabo also stars JC De Vera, JM De Guzman, Arci Muñoz, Sue Ramirez, Jhong Hilario, Edu Manzano, Carmi Martin, Chanda Romero, Irma Adlawan, Joey Marquez, and many others. In light of this announcement, there will be some programming changes to both ABS-CBN and TV5 networks beginning on June 22, 2026, when Coco Martin’s Sigabo premieres on the Kapamilya network alongside TV5. Below is the primetime schedule for these channels effective on that date:

- 18:30: TV Patrol
- 20:00: Coco Martin’s Sigabo (Coco Martin and Julia Montes)
- 20:45: Blood vs. Duty (Gerald Anderson and Richard Gutierrez)
- 21:30: The Alibi, Ang Buong Katotohanan (Kim Chiu and Paulo Avelino)
- The change: Blood vs. Duty and The Alibi will air in a later timeslot after Coco Martin’s Sigabo.

- 18:15: Frontline Pilipinas
- 20:00: Coco Martin’s Sigabo (Coco Martin and Julia Montes)
- 20:45: A Secret In Prague (Andrea Brillantes and Enrique Gil)
- 21:30: My Bespren Emman (JM de Guzman)
- The change: With the return of Coco Martin for Sigabo via TV5, two of the latest Kapatid primetime series offerings, A Secret In Prague and My Bespren Emman, will air in a later timeslot after it.
