MAG-INGAT SA PEKE! Here are the following fake news reports we received in the past few days:
A Facebook Post from “Jonel” has claimed that last July 27, 2024, Da Pers Family was premiered on GTV, GMA Network’s sister channel. THIS IS FALSE. Da Pers Family can be seen on TV5 on Sundays, after Kapatid Mo, Idol Raffy Tulfo.
A Facebook Post from “BES PHILS” has claimed that Benjamin Alves was passed away a few days ago. THIS IS FALSE and DEATH HOAX. Benjamin Alves is in good and healthy state, and it should therefore not use his name for the purpose of death hoaxing.
Aside from the Death Hoax post published by the same author, and along with it’s sockpuppet account, “Prok Noy”, both Facebook pages has published several TV Ratings art cards for FPJ’s Batang Quiapo and Pulang Araw that have been malipulated, by using “Netflix” as a purpose of the calculation of their TV Ratings, including a so-called “BES PHILS TV RATINGS”. THIS IS FALSE. Netflix is NOT A TV NETWORK, NOR A CABLE TV CHANNEL. It is an over the top streaming platform that viewers can pay for a monthly fee to watch their Netflix content within the app. Thus, Netflix IS NOT COUNTED in the TV Ratings measurement.

In addition, the TV Ratings for Pulang Araw and FPJ’s Batang Quiapo, as announced by Nielsen NUTAM Report, are as follows (including it’s TV Ad Listings from DRPS PHCA and the Concurrent Viewers for FPJ’s Batang Quiapo from Kapamilya Online Live):
