Just ahead of the end of November 2025, Star Magic will hold their annual Christmas event featuring the artists being part of the talent agency by tomorrow, November 23, 2025, under the title of “Sleigh The Night, the Star Magical Christmas 2025”, happening at the Okada Manila, situated in the Entertainment City of Parañaque.

That means, this Sunday at 18h00, your favorite Star Magic artists known for their various appearances and hearings on TV series, Radio shows, Music Videos, and many more, including those from the Nation’s P-Pop Girl Group – BINI, BGYO, ex-housemates from Pinoy Big Brother Gen 11, Celebrity Collab Edition 1.0 and other editions before, plus favorite loveteams like JMFyang, DonBelle, FranSeth, and more, are about to dazzle the Christmas night, streaming live on Star Magic’s official YouTube Channel and on iWant – both are streaming for free of charge without a subscription. For PBB Gen 11 fans, in the last year’s Star Magical Christmas 2024 held last November 24, 2024, all of the Star Magic Artists who were known as the housemates of that edition, (with an exception of Kanata Tapia, who was a member of the Iglesia ni Cristo community, wherein people in that religious group do not allow celebrating Christmas as members) was appeared with their goodies on their hands for the purpose of benefiting the ABS-CBN Foundation. The Big 4 was ranked 3rd in the 2024’s Star Magic Artist/s of the year, voted by 12.64%, with Kai Montinola was proclaimed as the SHEIN’s Whimsical Look Awardee.

For PBB Collab 1.0 fans, prior to their entry to the PBB House on the March 9, 2025 premiere, some Kapamilya Housemates like Emilio Daez (as a host), Xyriel Manabat, and Bianca de Vera, was appeared in the Star Magical Christmas 2024, while for PBB Collab 2.0, current housemates like Krystal Mejes, Miguel Vergara and Eliza Borromeo, and recent ex-housemate Reich Alim are also seen as well.

For Blooms of BINI, the nation’s P-Pop Girl Group of Star Magic was named as the Star Magic Artist of the Year for 2024, in which they were voted by 50.96 of people. But unlike the last year’s Star Magical Christmas 2024, there will be no KTX Voting for this year’s Star Magic Artist of the Year for 2025. CJ Navato, Nash Aguas, and Sharlene San Pedro were proclaimed as the Loyalty Awardees of the talent agency arm as well, for being part in here for two decades. Joshua Garcia and Kathryn Bernardo are also named as the Record-Breaking Cinema King and Queen Awardees as well, including Joshua and Jane Oineza as the Metro Magazine’s Best Dressed Awardees.

The DRPS PHCA will also hold a live posting during the event as well on our social media pages. For almost five years of service since it’s founding as a TV and Radio Ad Archivist in January 27, 2021, the DRPS PHCA offered a number of live posting coverages of various Philippine Entertainment-related events that began in March 14, 2024, like the Star Magical Prom 2024, the Star Magic Hot Summer 2024, the Star Magical Christmas 2024, Pinoy Big Brother: Gen 11, Collab 1.0, and Collab 2.0 updates, the GMA Gala 2024 and 2025, the GMA’s Beyond 75 Event (as a non-live coverage), and the ABS-CBN Ball 2025 – trusted by a number of fans of various celebrities and loveteams from any Philippine TV Network.

This would be the second time to have a coverage about the Star Magical Christmas on our social media pages, in which it will happen on the day of the event (November 23, 2025) on DRPS PHCA’s Facebook and X/Twitter pages. PBB Collab 2.0: 2nd Set of Groupings, announced, 2nd Ligtask Challenge, a part of the 4th Weekly Task

In the 2nd Group Formation Night of Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0 last Monday (November 17, 2025), there will be three groups divided from the eighteen (18) current housemates inside into six each (three Kapuso/Sparkle + three Kapamilya/Star Magic housemates) this 2nd Collab 2.0 Big Twist part, following the eviction of Reich Alim and Waynona Collings last Saturday.

In the first stage of their group formations, they will have three group leaders – one leader per group, and are done through a task. They have to grab something from a “pabitin” corresponding to the straight forward instruction, as the first round of the three. The first twelve (12) housemates to do the fastest will be eligible for the second round. Caprice Cayetano made the fastest with exactly 11 seconds, while Princess Aliyah completed aas the 12th placer with 22.99 seconds.

The second round of the search of a group leaders, except for the eliminated ones – Lella, Fred, Heath, Inigo, Miguel, and Anton, they have to answer a quesiton in Filipino. For the final round of the search, Ashley Sarmiento (10.09s), Eliza Borromeo (10.70s), and Princess Aliyah (17.39s) made the fatest to take part of the top 3, making them part as the group leaders of each groups.

And after their selection who will be part of their groups, the following members of each teams are formed with their group names:

  • Team Smiling Angels. Headed by Ashley Sarmiento. Members: Fred Moser, Caprice Cayetano, Lella Ford, John Clifford, and Rave Victoria.
  • Team Determined Warriors. Headed by Eliza Borromeo. Members: Anton Vinzon, Carmelle Collado, Heath Jornales, Krystal Mejes, and Marco Masa.
  • Team Strongwilled Fighters. Headed by Princess Aliyah. Members: Inigo Jose, Lee Victor, Joaquin Arce, Sofia Pablo, and Miguel Vergara.

These new three groups will take fight with the upcoming Ligtask Challenge, with two of the three will get nominated if they’ve failed the task, while the winning team will be safe from nominating. The safe group from the Ligtask, as implied in an another Big Twist related to it, will decide who of among of the two groups will be nominated. As of today, Team Smiling Angels earned 11 points overall (P1: 2+ P2: 9) in the past two parts of their Ligtask Challenge, ensuring their safety from nominating if the team wins on the last part of their Ligtask, with Teams Strong-Willed Fighters with 9 points (P1: 3 + P2: 6) and Determined Warriors with 4 points (P1: 1 + P2: 3) may be at risk of nominating.

PBB Gen 11: Kanata Tapia supports against corrupt, through INC Transparency Rally

Pinoy Big Brother Gen 11 Alum and Tropang G.O.A.T. star Kanata Tapia joined the two-day Transparency for a Better Democracy Rally organized by the religious group Iglesia Ni Cristo held last November 16 and 17, 2025 at the Quirino Grandstand, as seen on her social media posts on Facebook and Instagram pages.

The said rally, as caused by the controversial issues involving flood control projects, have been gathered by over 650,000 of people, while it supposed to be a three-rally that later ended a day earlier (November 18, 2025). The said PBB Gen 11 ex-housemate was a “Kapatid” of the Iglesia Ni Cristo Community.

Related to the rallies involving the controversial flood control projects, on September 21, 2025, Jas Dudley-Scales attends the Trillion-Peso March Movement held at the EDSA Shrine. Additionally, most of the PBB Gen 11 housemates called a support to fight against corruption, through sharing an Instagram stories from someone else and their statements made by them.

As a Star Magic artist, Kanata Tapia, PBB Gen 11’s Lola-Ving Apo of Occidental Mindoro, was previously seen in the “Mahiyain” and “Ako Na Sana” Music Videos and played as Chiyaki in “Tropang G.O.A.T.” on iWant.

Entertainment: Sins of the Father ends with a redemption of the son, Meet, Greet & Bye, now on it’s 2nd week

The crime-action drama of ABS-CBN, Sins of the Father, headlined by Gerald Anderson, has made to an end as he helped shed light on widespread scams and frauds as the most watched series on iWant ends this week. The series dropped the first to the final five episodes on iWant last Monday (November 17, 2025) instead of “in-advance” on Saturday, as observed on the streaming site.

In an ABS-CBN PR Article relating to the finale week’s highlights, viewers can expect intense action and mounting tension as long-buried secrets and horrific crimes come to light. Samuel (Gerald) breaks out of jail with the help of Agnes (Jessy Mendiola) and Johnny (RK Bagatsing) after being wrongfully accused as the leader of the Bakunawa scam syndicate.

After uncovering her family’s deep involvement in various scam operations, Leah (Shaina Magdayao) takes a courageous stand to reveal their crimes and safeguard her children from harm. Jacob (JC De Vera) seizes control of the Bakunawa syndicate, ordering the capture of Arissa (Francine Diaz) and threatening Samuel’s family, while Enzo (Seth Fedelin) remains in grave danger as a captive in the scam warehouse.

On the Monday’s episode airing, Christian Esguerra, known for his “Facts First” videos published on YouTube, was appeared to take sides against corrupt officials.

On top of this, the first week of Meet, Greet & Bye – ABS-CBN Studios and Star Cinema’s latest family drama film offering of 2025, consistently increasing it’s box office gross in the last five days since its premiere to Philippine cinema – of over PHP 85-Million pesos in the Philippines.

But when it comes to the total gross sales of the film not only in the Philippines, but also in the world, it gained over PHP 120-million in box office gross, also five days after the film’s global release, including Australia, New Zealand, Middle East, USA, Canada, Guam, UK, Ireland, France, Italy, and Austria.

The film will soon to release to other international cinemas in Papua New Guinea (Nov. 20), Greece (Nov. 22), Spain (Nov. 23), Hong Kong, Macau, and Singapore by late-November 2025, and in Cambodia (Dec. 12). The film stars Filipino actors Piolo Pascual, Joshua Garcia, Belle Mariano, Juan Karlos, and Maricel Soriano and was directed by Cathy Garcia-Sampana, the director behind the Philippines’ highest-grossing local film of all time, “Hello, Love, Again.” Its story revolved around four siblings who are doing everything in their power to grant their mother’s dying wish to meet her favorite Korean idol, Park Seo-Joon.

Finance: Google Wallet and Google Pay is now in the Philippines – link your card now

Good news, the mobile payment service Google Pay, as developed by the largest tech company in the world – Google, is now available in the Philippines as of November 18, 2025, and you can now link your participating prepaid, debit, or credit card on your mobile device through Google Wallet to enjoy the Tap to Pay transactions straight on your NFC-compatible phone.

The purpose of Google Pay is to make a contactless transactions to any Google Pay-accepted online merchants and payment terminals that works with tap-to-pay functionality. At this time, selected bank cards from Chinabank, EastWest Bank, GCash, Maya, GoTyme Bank, RCBC, UnionBank, Wise, and Zed will work for use to link them with Google Pay via the Google Wallet app, with more banks and other partners, i.e. BPI, PayMongo, Beep, 2C2P, and PayRex will follow suit in the future.

To link your card with Google Wallet, here’s how:
1. Download the Google Wallet app on your Android Device via Google Play.
2. Select your Google Account to use Google Wallet.
3. To add your participating bank card, tap “Add to Wallet”, then “Payment Card”, followed by “New credit or debit card”.
4. Type in your card number, expiry date, and security code (CVC, CVV, etc.), or scan your card in the frame with your phone’s camera.
5. Review the terms and conditions from the participating bank, and tap “Accept”.
6. Verify your payment method. The easiest method in here is to enter the OTP code send from the SMS sent by your participating bank. You can also call the bank’s hotline or log in with your bank app. And you’re all set!
