ABS-CBN’s noontime variety show It’s Showtime celebrates its 17th year filled with fun, laughter, entertainment, and surprises for Madlang People on-air, online, and on stage, as it welcomed the anniversary week, titled “Dis Is Ur Show, Disisyete” week, with a futuristic opening number featuring solo performances from Vice Ganda and its hosts.
Yesterday, Meme Vice, together with co-hosts Vhong Navarro, Jhong Hilario, Karylle, Ogie Alcasid, Amy Perez, Darren Espanto, Jugs Jugueta, Teddy Corpuz, Ryan Bang, Jackie Gonzaga, Ion Perez, and Cianne Dominguez, as well as Baby Dolls, joined for the futuristic opening number for the variety show. They also thanked their audiences for welcoming them into their homes and lives over the past 17 years and shared that their goal has always been to make them happy for years to come.
Kicking off the anniversary week was the returning game show segment, Cash Ya, featuring Team Vice and Team Vhong, who made their head-to-head challenges. The first day also showed a celebrity edition of Ms. Q&A, dubbed Celebrity Talakera, where five celebrities traded their usual personas for over-the-top pageant characters. Serving as judges for the Ms. Q&A Celebrity Edition were Nicole Cordoves, Robi Domingo, and Janice de Belen.
Among the celebrities who appeared in the Ms. Q&A Celebrity Edition and proceeded to the Beklamation were River Joseph, transforming as “Riverjeon Pha”; Vince Maristela, portraying “Disney Vincess”; Ralph Miaco, as “Ralph Mae Gento”; Ryan Bang, as “Saranghe Ronimo”; and Ralph de Leon, as “Masa-Ralph de Leon”, who was later crowned Reyna Talakera 2026, taking home a cash prize of PHP 50,000.00 and a sash.
The anniversary week will also feature more performances and special appearances together with Apl.de.Ap, Billy Crawford, Bamboo, Skusta Clee, Flow G, Mariah Deborah, Amiel Sol, Earl Justin, Angela Ken, Carl Guevarra, Rob Deniel, Wilbert Ross, Fitterkarma, Klarisse de Guzman, Fyang Smith, Joaquin Arce, Kyle Echarri, Eliza Borromeo, Miguel Vergara, Xyriel Manabat, Zaijian Jaranilla, Alexa Ilacad, Alora Sasam, Verna Periwinkle, Pokwang, Candy Pangilinan, Ethel Booba, Mutya Orquia, Jas Dudley-Scales, Arizona Brandy, Viñas Deluxe, Tiny Deluxe, Taylor Sheesh, Edsa Xxtra, Streetboys, Erika Pineda, Forda, Gueco Twins, Benedict Cua, The Aguinaldos, Sophie Prime, Fonz, Miong, Pitik Queen, and Sachzna Laparan.
The show will also deliver more exciting segments that await viewers in the coming days, including its Laro Laro Pick, which offered a jackpot prize of PHP 500,000.00.
As for the DRPS PHCA TV Ad Listings, the anniversary kickoff aired on October 19, 2026, showed that It’s Showtime aired 106 TV Commercials in total on Kapamilya Channel, ALLTV2, and GMA, with 103 TV ads also shown on A2Z (omitting an online gambling ad broadcast in each commercial gap among the three of them), about 3.78 times more than Eat Bulaga on TV5 and RPTV, which aired only 28 TV Ads.
The publishing of the said TV Ad Listing for these two shows has achieved more than 387,800 combined impressions on X/Twitter across all three threads related to the said listings (as of this writing), and also marked the latest ad load for It’s Showtime and Eat Bulaga since the last publishing on June 8, 2024.
