Kapamilya child star and It’s Showtime starrer Imogen Cantong, known as IMOGEN, made another milestone in her music career as she, together with the album’s composer and ABS-CBN Music CCO Head Jonathan Manalo and album producer Rey Cantong, teamed up for the release of her 12-track self-titled album, now out on all music platforms.

The self-titled album also featured two new tracks, Mabuhay Baby and Para Sa Aming Bukas, both of which were composed and produced by Jonathan and Rey themselves, as well as her previous releases, such as Mini Miss U, Da Da Da, Sana, Dalandan Shake, Kokobom, Ang Init Init, Matamis Na Pangarap, Merry Christmas 2 U, Isang Pamilya Tayo Ngayong Pasko (feat. The nine-year-old child star made her recording debut in 2023 with Da Da Da at the age of six, which achieved more than 5.8 million all-time streams across different music platforms, as well as one of her viral theme songs coined from the title of the noontime show’s segment, Mini Miss U, which had accumulated over 15.4 million all-time streams.

P-Pop Group Yes My Love debuts with Mahal Kita Kasi

– Yes My Love

ABS-CBN Music launches another P-Pop Group with a debut album that celebrates the joy of being in love and the meaningful connections people build with one another, as Niko, Joshua, Jeff, Brian, and RZ teamed up for Yes My Love, which released their eight-track debut album, Mahal Kita Kasi, produced by Jeremy Glinoga.

Dubbed as the Vocal Heartstoppers of P-Pop, Yes My Love first gained attention with their pre-debut cover of Gusto Ko Nang Bumitaw, before officially debuting with the single Rhythm in 2023. The following year, they released their first EP, You Me and Love, featuring tracks Laging Naroon Ka and Gisinging Ang Puso.

The latest EP, which was revealed last October 17, 2026, through an event at SM City Dasmariñas, features its own romantic flair through a mix of original songs and renditions of beloved OPM tracks. Such tracks include Wag Kang Lalayo (composed by Alfonso M. Bassig and Dennis Mendez), Mahal Kita Kasi (written by Christian Martinez and Jeff Cabrera), Hibang (penned by Romeo P. Condor III), Bawal (written by Cedric Manguerra and Brian Zamora), Simpleng Tao (composed by Christian Martinez and Jeff Cabrera), Don Romantiko, Kasama Kang Tumanda (both of which were penned by Christian Martinez), and Dial (composed by Jeff Cabrera).

Earlier, the group staged their PULSO: The First Concert at the SM City North EDSA Skydome in August, followed by their PULSO: Roadshow show.

Nior drops new single Sindi ahead of their album launch by next month

‘Sindi’ is all about that never-ending hope – that light that inspires you to live every day, the one you cannot live without. This track is different. While our songs are heartfelt, we incorporated many new things and emotions into this one. We worked hard to coordinate everything, from the ideas and emotions to the experiences. I would say this is our best one yet. – Brian Nucup of Nior

GMA Music-AltG Records alternative-indie band group Nior, composed of Brian Nucup (rhythm guitar/vocals), Gabrielle Van Polanen Petel (vocals), Jessie Ocampo (drums), Paul Tanchiatco (lead guitar), and Christian Cervera Mallari (bass), drops new single Sindi ahead of their 8-track album launch next month, containing three new tracks along with the existing five, such as Akin, Ethanol, Giliw, BNT, and this latest single.

We wanted to show the different sides of Nior and also represent how we’ve grown as a band. We didn’t just choose songs because they were singles or because we like them individually – we also thought about how they would sound together as one album. There is really a journey to our songs and to us as a band, Gab shared how the band thoughtfully curated a cohesive auditory narrative that showcases their evolution.

Honestly, it’s really surreal. Some of these songs have been with us for quite a while since we first started as a band, and we’ve gone through a lot while making them. Seeing all our songs come together in one album feels like we’re putting together a big part of our journey as a band. It’s very exciting, and a little scary; in a way, we’re finally letting people hear everything we’ve been working on, Gab added.
