LOOK: This TikTok account named “elle” (with handle @/mariellemorales_) is posting Fake News and Death Hoaxes on celebrities.

BEWARE OF THIS TIKTOK ACCOUNT AS SHOWN THERE! You already heard our previous fake news posts about this TikTok user named “elle” (with handle @/mariellemorales_), because if you go to that profile, you see that the posts you about to view is FULL OF FAKE NEWS and DEATH HOAXES involving several celebrities, whether this is a local one or a foreign one.

Last May 23, 2024, we have posted a Fake News Alert involving this TikTok Account, wherein we reminded everyone to beware of that account, for posting a certain post regarding Anne Curtis and Ariana Grande, who passed away, as what they have claimed on each of the posts – and are all FAKE and DEATH HOAX, much like to what it does to “Jonel” on Facebook. These fake news posts are reported by the name of “SmartLite2006”, when this user has sent these posts on our Discord Server’s #/report-user chat room.

Let’s recall on our previous Fake News Alert we posted on that date, that aside from what we’ve said earlier in here, but however, has claimed that this was published by ABS-CBN Entertainment on X regarding these claims. ALL OF THEM ARE FALSE AND DEATH HOAX, and the ABS-CBN themselves DID NOT POST about that Anne Curtis and Ariana Grande are passed away. While this is a FAKE NEWS AND DEATH HOAX, it might be a “Photoshopped” content to make this news seemingly too good to be true.

However, upon our recent visit of this TikTok account, we have seen that the Death Hoax posts about Vic Sotto, Marian Rivera, Ivana Alawi, Kim Chiu, Jennie Kim, Diwata Pares, Tito Mars, and Mangyan Vlog.

Upon we have learned about that situation and our investigation of that account, these posts regarding the death hoaxes of each of the celebrities mentioned, are ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE AT ALL, and all of them are also an example of DEATH HOAX. These reports are also received on our own Discord Server on the same chat room, but by the name of “EGC Archives/Assassin Speakerman”, when the said user has reported to us about the Vic Sotto Death Hoax video of that TikTok Account.

If you have seen one of those, BEWARE OF elle/mariellemorales_ on TikTok, it’s just FALSE AND MISLEADING POSTS. Also, you should also report these posts as “Misinformation” (upon clicking the “Report button on each of the concerned posts on TikTok), because all of the posts related to this are FALSE AND MISLEADING. BEWARE OF THAT. You should also remember an number of Fake News Alert Posts last month, wherein we have investigated several Death Hoax posts on TikTok involving the Queen of All Media, Kris Aquino, which is led from a different TikTok user.

We all know that the DICT in favor to regulate TikTok in the Philippines (as what the news sources has been read by us), but this will be a good news to fight against false and misleading info, including death hoaxes, just like this one.
