Pinoy Big Brother Collab 3.0 recently issued a statement on November 5, 2026, regarding the use of artificial intelligence (AI) and the creation, manipulation, or distribution of content using said technology that contains the likeness of the housemates from the reality show season.
Pinoy Big Brother stated in its official statement that any website, social media page, or individual is not authorized to use, reproduce, or manipulate the images, voices, or likenesses of the housemates through the use of AI, and will be reported for legal action against perpetrators engaging in the use of these technologies and pirating the content online.
Their statement from PBB reads:
Pinoy Big Brother upholds and protects the rights of its housemates over the use of their images, voices, and likenesses. We do not tolerate the unauthorized creation, manipulation, or distribution that uses the likenesses of the PBB Collab 3.0 housemates.
We emphasize that no website, social media page, or individual is authorized to use, reproduce, or manipulate the images, voices, or likenesses of our housemates.
Furthermore, websites, social media pages, and profiles that use the Pinoy Big Brother brand, house, or likenesses of its housemates to create or distribute unauthorized AI-generated content or engage in content piracy will be reported to the appropriate platforms for action.
We call on everyone to use technology responsibly and respect the rights and dignity of our housemates.
Meanwhile, Star Magic also issued another statement that is unrelated to the use of AI for these illegal acts, but in relation to online bullying, harassment, and personal attacks directed toward two of the PBB Collab 3.0 Kapamilya Housemates, namely Cianne Dominguez and Shea Valerio, alongside other housemates.
The statement issued by the talent agency reads:
Star Magic strongly condemns the online bullying, harassment, and personal attacks directed toward Cianne Dominguez, Shea Valerio, and other Pinoy Big Brother housemates.
While public opinions and criticisms are part of reality television, they should never be an excuse for hate or cruelty.
We encourage everyone to practice responsible social media engagement and remember that differences in opinion should always be met with respect and compassion.
Let’s make respect and kindness part of every conversation, online and offline, Star Magic added in their social media post.
The DRPS PHCA PBB Collab 3.0 Fan Club strongly condemns all individuals involved in these illegal acts related to Pinoy Big Brother Collab 3.0 and its housemates, including any future ones (as announced by Bianca Gonzalez), through the use of AI, pirating its content, and by harassing any of the housemates who are currently inside at the moment.
The DRPS PHCA previously reminded the public on X/Twitter at the beginning of Pinoy Big Brother Collab 3.0 that anyone should respect all the housemates who have been entered on the day of the season’s premiere on October 24, 2026.
As of now, as for Sparkle GMA Artist Center, the other talent agency that collaborated with Star Magic for the PBB Collab 3.0, has not yet issued a statement against these illegal acts.
Pinoy Big Brother previously warned the public during the PBB Gen 11 and PBB Celebrity Collab Edition 1.0 seasons to avoid publicly harassing any housemates from these seasons, with the Gen 11-related controversy involving Fyang Smith, Jas Dudley-Scales, and all other housemates and former housemates from the season, who also filed a report against all predators on social media.
