It had came into an attention last September 12, 2024 that someone hacked the X Account of the Pinoy Big Brother: Gen 11 ex-housemate, Marc Nanninga, wherein in that particular account, with handle, mrc_nanninga, had posted something related to cryptoscam by a hacker.
It happened again on September 14, 2024 when someone did also managed to hijack his X/Twitter account, but this time related to “on how to make money using ChatGPT” by sharing it’s YT Video. Morever, it was a scam and Marc deleted all of them that are posted by a hacker.
We encouraged to enable 2-Step Authentication, otherwise known as 2 Factor Authentication on your social media accounts, including X/Twitter, to avoid these kinds of hackings. It is also recommended to change the password more frequently to reduce these signs.
