PBB Gen 11: JMFyang-topbilled Almost Us, to appear in three different mall shows in SM Supermalls

Less than two weeks ahead of the highly anticipated premiere of Regal Entertainment and Project 8 Projects-produced Almost Us, Pinoy Big Brother Gen 11 ex-housemates and film lead stars JM Ibarra and Fyang Smith, will appear in three different mall shows in SM Supermalls, scheduled for Sunday, April 26, 2026.

According to a social media post from Regal Entertainment, the Mall Show for their upcoming film will take place in SM City Valenzuela (14:00), SM City Novaliches (16:00), and SM City Baliwag, Bulacan (19:00), all of which will run for an hour – which is a combination of 45 minutes for the main show, and 15 minutes for the advance ticket selling for the film.

Apart from JM and Fyang, these mall shows will also feature Sam Samarita (all shows), Yukii Takahashi (for the Metro Manila mall shows only), and a special performance by Kenaniah (all shows). These mall shows require registration via the SM Malls Online mobile app, available for download on the Google Play and on the App Store.

Meanwhile, Megaworld Cinemas began selling its movie tickets in advance, which are priced at PHP 180 (for Uptown Cinemas, Eastwood Cinemas, and Venice Cineplex) and at PHP 160 (for Lucky Chinatown Cinemas, Southwoods Cinemas, and Festive Walk Cinemas).

Furthermore, JMFyang Official announced that 59 fandoms from different artists have confirmed their participation in the Grand Launch event of the film, scheduled for May 6, 2026. The fandom also announced that it will feature a mix of different social media personalities joining the celebration, including content creators, celebrities, and other familiar faces from different spaces who are expected to be part of this special gathering, adding more energy, fun, and unexpected moments to the experience.

The DRPS PHCA, however, which had received an invitation to the grand launch of the film by the fandom, had decided to reject its participation due to important matters involving the media entity. Following this, the DRPS PHCA also decided to deliver some updates related to the film while supporting the local film industry and combating film piracy.

It is known that the 90-second official film teaser was released on March 11, 2026, and drew online trends on social media – ranked 4th in the YouTube Trending Movie Trailers, tags #AlmostUsOfficialTeaser and JMFYANG AUDA OVERLOAD being trending on X/Twitter, and reaching over 15 million online views across all platforms within a day of its publication (3 million views after three hours).

Following the immense success of the film teaser, an official trailer of Almost Us has released on April 8, 2026, which later had reached over 20 million online viewers on the same social media platforms published on the official accounts of Regal Entertainment and Project 8, while it was ranked 5th in the YouTube Trending Movie Trailers, and tags JMFYANG AUTHENTIC KILIG and #AlmostUsOfficialTrailer leads the online trends on X/Twitter Philippines.

Almost Us, directed by Dan Villegas LPS, and also starring Dustin Yu, Yukii Takahashi, Sam Samarita, JM Salvado, Baus Rufo, Che Ramos, and Lotlot Bustamante, is set to premiere in Philippine cinemas on May 6, 2026.

JM and Fyang previously appeared in Ghosting, Shake, Rattle & Roll: Evil Origins, and My Love Will Make You Disappear. They will also appear in an upcoming Prime Video original, titled Love Is Never Gone, headlined by Joshua Garcia and Ivana Alawi, scheduled to release on May 8, 2026.
