Upon the release of the official trailer of Almost Us on April 8, 2026, the trailer has reached over 20 million online viewers on the same social media platforms published on the official accounts of Regal Entertainment and Project 8, while it was ranked 5th in the YouTube Trending Movie Trailers, and tags JMFYANG AUTHENTIC KILIG and #AlmostUsOfficialTrailer leads the online trends on X/Twitter Philippines.
The lead stars have also appeared in the Laro Laro Pick segment of It’s Showtime, TV Patrol Express, Ang Walang Kwentang Podcast, House of D, and ABS-CBN Hot Takes, which reached over a million in online video views ten hours after the release on the ABS-CBN Entertainment YouTube Channel, from where the JMFyang Hot Takes episode video was published.
Team JMFyang Official also launched free block screening reservations for their upcoming film in SM City North EDSA, SM City Pulilan, SM City Butuan, Gaisano Mall General Santos, and Ayala Malls Capitol Center, from May 6 to 10, 2026. The fandom of the said love team also invited several OFCs, mostly for fans of PBB Gen 11, Collab 1.0, and Collab 2.0 ex-housemates, to the grand launch event of the film, scheduled for April 6, 2026, at the Gateway Mall.
The DRPS PHCA also received a similar invitation for the grand launch from the same fandom (Team JMFyang Official) via an online chat on X/Twitter, but will soon announce its participation in the event.
Featured Article 2: BINI marked their Coachella 2026 debut – a first in the Philippines
Almost five years after the P-Pop Girl Group formed, BINI, comprised of Aiah, Colet, Maloi, Gwen, Stacey, Mikha, Jhoanna, and Sheena, made a debut in the 2026 installment of the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, which the group performed recently in the afternoon of April 10, 2026 (Pacific).
The Nation’s Girl Group opened the 45-minute show at the Mojave Stage, Indio, California, with “Shagidi,” followed by “Zero Pressure” and “Out Of My Head.” They also performed Filipino hits “Karera” and “Salamin, Salamin,” followed by “Blink Twice” and “Cherry on Top.” The audience got to see their first live performance of their new song “Blush,” followed by “Bikini,” and their final number, “Pantropiko.”
Between performances, the members of the P-Pop Group also expressed their gratitude for the opportunity to represent the Philippines in one of the world’s biggest music festivals.
“We are so grateful to be here to represent the Philippines on a global stage and to share with you guys our music,” said Aiah.
“Being here with all of you has been the sweetest ‘cherry on top’ of our journey so far,” shared Maloi.
Fans and supporters of BINI received overwhelming support from viewers on the Internet, including on X/Twitter, where the tag #BINI_CoachellaWK1 was among the top trending topics in the Philippines and the United Arab Emirates, while ranking second in Canada and Singapore, fifth in Australia, and sixth in the United States, including Puerto Rico.
Additionally, Pinoy Pride, BINICHELLA, Mojave, Walo, Blink Twice, Salamin Salamin, Karera, Zero Pressure, Cherry on Top, Shagidi, Pantropiko, and many others, are among the trending topics that the fans of BINI are talking about their Coachella 2026 debut, while X/Twitter delivered a section from Today’s News, titled “BINI Makes History as First All-Filipino Act at Coachella 2026”.
BLOOMs likewise showed their support through watch parties within the Metro Manila area and nearby areas, as arranged by BLOOM Philippines, the fan group of the Nation’s Girl Group.
BINI will return to the Coachella stage next Friday, April 17, 2026 (Pacific). Previously, they released a new six-track EP album titled Signals, featuring its key track, Blush, which also had its music video released on April 9, 2026. The song is slated to be an anthem for a summer crush, depicting the sound of butterflies in a song and evoking the heart-racing feeling that comes with someone special walking into the room.
Apart from the key track from their new EP, Tic Tac Toe, Sugar Rush, and Step Back, along with the previously released singles Unang Kilig and Honey Honey, which achieved over three million and two million streams, respectively, on Spotify, are among the six tracks that the P-Pop Group has to offer. The new EP is built on the idea that love expresses itself in many forms, felt through moments and connections. Each track captures a different signal of love, from the first spark to self-confidence and self-expression.
Greg Shilling, Amanda Ratchford, Lindgren, Shintaro Yasuda, as well as ABS-CBN Music artists Gello Marquez and Francesca ‘Cesca’ Mahusay composed the latest EP release of the P-Pop Group. The latest EP release is a part of the global expansion of the P-Pop Girl Group, for their sound and presence on the global stage.
Furthermore, BLOOMs around the world can also watch the three-part ABS-CBN News-produced docuseries, titled under the same name, on Netflix, in addition to iWant, which became available on the global streaming platform as of April 10, 2026.
The 2025 New York Festivals TV and Film Awards-recognized series reflects high-quality production and storytelling, underscoring the growing international impact of the P-Pop Girl Group, while also providing an intimate look into their journey, from their early struggles and sacrifices to their breakthrough as the “Nation’s Girl Group.” It also highlights the rigorous training of its members, as well as the challenges they overcame to establish themselves in the music industry.
Excitement is building among BLOOMs worldwide for the docuseries, with Netflix set to bring BINI to an even broader international audience.
The agreement was concluded by the ABS-CBN International Sales Division and forms part of their global distribution strategy, as many of its drama series have also been licensed by Netflix, including Lavender Fields, Incognito, Roja, Blood vs. Duty, among others, which were released three days ahead of the premiere or the release of each new episode.

SOCO, produced by ABS-CBN News and led by veteran journalist Gus Abelgas, paves the way for delivering the details and developments of each case, providing context to these spine-tingling, real-life crime stories. And with the second season of SOCO soon to arrive, Jeff Caparas and Jessie Cruzat are tapping in to revisit past criminal happenings throughout the country.
The new season of SOCO will feature these first three episodes: Maso, Kuyog, and Pagnanasa. The second season of SOCO will also feature more crime-related episodes, following the first three episodes, for everyone watching this Limited Crime Docu-Drama.
- In Maso, it tells the story of a 2025 Malaybalay City Killing Case, which involved a criminology student who killed his parents and a younger sibling using a hammer.
- In Kuyog, it tackles a massive attack in Tondo, Manila, back in October 2023, involving a 20-year-old criminology student who was attacked by a group outside a bar, who was later found dead, with the incident captured on a CCTV camera.
- In Pagnanasa, it involves the reported loss and killing of a 15-year-old student in Valencia, Bukidnon, back in January 2026, with authorities later identifying a suspect with a prior record.
SOCO Season 2 premieres on April 18, 2026, on several ABS-CBN platforms, and on April 11, 2026, exclusively to iWant subscribers.
Back on October 24, 2025, SOCO made a comeback via iWant, where Gus, Zyann Ambrosio, Dennis Datu, Jeff Caparas, Lyza Aquino, and Jessie Cruzat delivered the past criminal stories, which uncover compelling crime stories through detailed reenactments, first-hand interviews, and crucial evidence that brings viewers closer to the pursuit of justice. It was also aired on January 17, 2026, via Kapamilya Channel, Kapamilya Online Live, ALLTV2, and A2Z.
The first season of renewed SOCO began with the first episode, which investigates the Ebeng Mayor murder case (“TikTok”), followed by a 2004 Valenzuela City Bank Heist (“Engkwentro”), the killing of a 25-year-old Liezel Navia (“Boso”), the murder of Emy Marin and Analyn Cortuna (“Ahas sa Pamilya”), the Nini case (“Delusyon”), the story of Jenny Rose and Boyet Panzo (“Obsesyon”), the Aegis Juris Fraternity case (“Kapatiran”), the 2023 Vinculado Murder Case (“Boarder”), the San Leonardo Massacre in Nueva Ecija (“Taga”), and the murder case of Karie Ces Mojica (“Aika”).
Totoong Krimen. Totoong Kwento. Totoong Katarungan. Hindi nagsisinungaling ang ebidensya, as what the Documentary Crime series implied in its slogan.

Blood vs. Duty leads on Netflix PH’s most-watched series
On April 3, 4, and 6, 2026, ABS-CBN Studios and JRB Creative Production had just dropped the premiere episode of the much-awaited primetime series seen in advance via Netflix and iWant, and now airing on the same day during weekdays at 20:00 on Kapamilya Channel, A2Z, ALLTV2, and Kapamilya Online Live, Blood vs. Duty, headlined by Richard Gutierrez, Gerald Anderson, and Bela Padilla.
The primetime series, which unveiled a fresh and action-packed narrative, made a strong debut, quickly hooking viewers and emerging as the number one most-watched series on Netflix Philippines, thanks to its gripping conflict linked to armed smuggling.
In the premiere episode of the series, it opened with a riveting look into the lives of Marcus (Richard Gutierrez), Lara (Bela Padilla), and Felix (Baron Geisler) as agents working to dismantle the spread of illegal firearms. Meanwhile, a looming threat begins to unfold in Jalil’s (Gerald Anderson) and Jamilah’s (Barbie Imperial) community, as they find themselves entangled in the dangerous world of illegal firearms dealing—setting the stage for a high-stakes and emotionally charged conflict.
Based on data from Nielsen NUTAM Report for April 6, 2026, Blood vs. Duty made a strong debut with a combined TV rating of 4.8%. Additionally, the DRPS PHCA TV Ad Listings counted all the commercials during the three commercial gaps of the series, along with its competitors, Sang’gre and Totoy Bato. The action-packed Kapamilya primetime series aired about 76 TV Ads on Kapamilya Channel, while it also aired 61 TV Ads on A2Z, and 62 TV Ads on ALLTV2.
Netizens on Facebook and X/Twitter, as shown below, have praised the compelling narrative and the powerhouse performances from the cast of Blood vs. Duty.
- Grabe halimaw talaga si Richard Gutierrez sa action! Ang galing ng mga sipa niya at ang husay niya sa karate. Pang-Hollywood ang level ng fight scene at grabe ang sagupaan nila ni Gerald.
- Richard and Gerald show the two sides of justice and fairness. They may be protagonists here with different perspectives.
- Bagay kay Bela maging intelligent agent. Matalino, madiskarte, at matapang!
- Sobrang timely ng story, and it feels like it really reflects what’s happening in the Philippines right now.
JRB Creative Production, the ABS-CBN-owned production firm led by Julie Ann Benitez, produces not only Blood vs. Duty, but also Sins of the Father, Darna, Nag-Aapoy Na Damdamin, and Ang Sa Iyo ay Akin.
Apart from Richard, Gerald, and Bela, Baron Geisler, and Barbie Imperial are also part of the series, including Rommel Padilla, Susan Africa, Malou Crisologo, Gerald Madrid, Alex Medina, JV Kapunan, Binsoy Namoca, Rocky Labayen, Bobot Mortiz, Ejay Falcon, Geoff Eigenmann, Elmo Magalona, Antonio Aquitania, Dino Imperial, and Junjun Quintana.
ABS-CBN and JRB Creative Production expect more exciting, yet heart-pounding action scenes that will intrigue viewers, on-air and online.
Blood vs. Duty airs on weeknights at 20:00 on Kapamilya Channel, A2Z, ALLTV2, and Kapamilya Online Live. Subscribers of Netflix and iWant can watch the new episodes of the series in advance (3 days in advance for Netflix, and 2 days in advance for iWant).
