The ABS-CBN Primetime Bida block is getting more intense when FPJ’s Batang Quiapo and Roja are down to the final two weeks, while What Lies Beneath retained its leadership on-air and online, three weeks ahead of the fierce but intensive “Ang Kabog Sa Dibdib Finale”. It is even then that some of the trailers and promotional posts on social media of these shows display the logos of ABS-CBN and ALLTV2, as people might know.
And since FPJ’s Batang Quiapo will come to an end in the next two weeks, ahead of the premiere of Sigabo on March 16, 2026, ABS-CBN has given a glimpse of what viewers must not miss on weekday nights. The series of action shots shows the father-son duo of Ramon (Christopher De Leon) and Tanggol (Coco Martin) fighting side by side in an abandoned warehouse. It also features dramatic photos of the upcoming torture scenes of Rigor (John Estrada) and Roberto (Albert Martinez) against Tindeng (Charo Santos) and Roda (Joel Lamangan).
The high-stakes battle this week will include face-offs between political rivals and personal long-time enemies – Tanggol versus Miguelito (Jake Cuenca) and Roberto, Rigor versus Ramon, and Marites (Cherry Pie Picache) versus Jackie (Angel Aquino).
The series also promises thrilling sequences as chaos ensues across Quiapo when Tanggol leads a powerful uprising to dethrone the Guerreros from the mayoral office.
Meanwhile, in What Lies Beneath, the hit drama series continues to draw strong viewership on television and streaming platforms, maintaining its strong position among the most-watched titles on Netflix Philippines and iWant (ranked Top 2 as of March 4, 2026) as it heads into its final three weeks.
When the series began on October 20, 2025 (originally seen on TV5, including Kapamilya Channel and A2Z, until January 1, 2026, when it moved to ALLTV2 on the following night), it steadily built and expanded its audience, who had followed the compelling story and strong performances of the cast as they unraveled the dark secrets behind Louisa’s (Mutya Orquia) murder. Netizens have also praised the show for its bold portrayal of social issues, particularly the rights and voices of women.
Viewers will see how Mel (Sue Ramirez), Alice (Janella Salvador), Beth (Charlie Dizon), and Erica (Kaila Estrada) attempt to persuade Edong (Jake Cuenca) to end his quest for revenge. But it will not be easy, as Edong is determined to make them experience the pain he endured over the last 14 years. Mel, Alice, Beth, and Erica will soon uncover the real killer of Louisa and find a way to stop Edong’s revenge.
What Lies Beneath airs on weeknights at 21:30, after Roja.
