For the first time in Joshua Garcia and Ivana Alawi’s project pairing blended with romance and suspense, and for the first time in ABS-CBN Studios and Dreamscape Entertainment, Love Is Never Gone, the first Filipino series shot in Morocco, and an upcoming Prime Video Original Series, is set to release two new episodes every Friday, on May 8, 2026, exclusively via Prime Video.
The Manny Palo and Jojo Saguin-directed series is set within a vibrant and shadowed charm of Morocco, which spotlights their fiery roles that combine the power of intimate and steamy scenes with thrilling high-octane encounters. Joshua plays Teo, a hardworking mechanic and breadwinner who moves to Morocco to make a living. His life will take an unexpected turn when he confronts Yana (Ivana), a scheming member of a crime syndicate, for stealing his wallet, only to find out that she’s driven to do it to help pay for her ill mother’s medical expenses, ABS-CBN said in its press release.
Their complicated encounter spirals into a vicious twist of betrayal and revenge when Teo is led to believe that Yana framed him for a crime that leads to his wrongful imprisonment. Years later and back in Manila, he crosses paths yet again with Yana, who is now a socialite with a new identity, ABS-CBN added.
As two former lovers are forced to fight for survival in a dangerous world of illegal activities and vengeance, Teo’s quest for justice will take an unexpected turn when he uncovers painful secrets connected to Yana’s past.
Apart from Joshua and Ivana, the series will feature a diverse, star-studded acting ensemble, including Jameson Blake, Jane Oineza, Michael De Mesa, Epy Quizon, and Dina Bonnevie, together with Fyang Smith, JM Ibarra, JC Alcantara, Rans Rifol, Kiko Matos, Argel Saycon, Heart Ramos, Alex Medina, Benj Manalo, Carlo San Juan, and special participants, Ara Mina and Irma Adlawan.
Love Is Never Gone is scheduled to premiere on May 8, 2026, via Amazon Prime Video (subscription required). It is among the upcoming drama offerings of ABS-CBN for 2026, including the ongoing primetime series Blood vs. Duty, Someone Someday, The Secrets of Hotel 88, Maalaala Mo Kaya Season 32, Kapamilya Deal or No Deal, Minute to Win It, and seven of the iWant Microdrama offerings, including the recently released The Chambermaid’s Daughter, headlined by BGYO Gelo and Alexa Ilacad.
