PBB Gen 11: After Blood vs. Duty, Kolette Madelo & River Joseph top-bill Dead Girl Walking on iWant

Pinoy Big Brother Gen 11 ex-housemate and Blood vs. Duty star Kolette Madelo, together with co-star and PBB Celebrity Collab Edition 1.0 Kapamilya alum River Joseph, are pairing up to bring suspense and romance to their first vertical series, Dead Girl Walking, releasing via iWant and scheduled to be released exclusively on the video streaming platform on November 6, 2026.

Kolette and River previously appeared in a Kapamilya Primetime drama series, Blood vs. Duty (headlined by Gerald Anderson and Richard Gutierrez), which gained popularity for shipping their chemistry as Gracia (Kolette) and Andre (River) will make their first-ever pairing in a vertical drama series that follows a girl rising from the dead to hunt down those who wronged her.

Before this, Kolette appeared in a microdrama series headlined by BGYO for their Vertical On Demand, together with P-Pop group members Mikki Claver and Nate Porcalla, under the direction of Theodore Boborol.

Similar to Blood vs. Duty, the microdrama series was produced by JRB Creative Production, but it is under the direction of Emerald Silvestre, who also helmed its previous microdrama, A Cake To Remember, headlined by Francine Diaz and Seth Fedelin.

The microdrama series centers on a girl named Luna (Kolette), who was often bullied by the popular students at her school. Her life then takes a twisted turn when her bullies drag her into a “cruel prank”. In the wake of the tragedy, a new transfer student named Selene arrives with a single directive: hunt down everyone who wronged Luna. Selene receives unexpected help from the campus heartthrob Elio (River) in her quest for revenge. As they go on with their karma scheme, she then finds a true friend in Elio, later developing feelings for one another.

Apart from Kolette and River, the microdrama will also star Allyson McBride, Reich Alim, Hannah Lopez Vito, Desiree del Valle, and Nikki Valdez. As for Reich, an ex-housemate of Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0, it would be her first-ever microdrama project, following her pre-PBB series appearance in What Lies Beneath.

Its teaser videos, series posters, and, more recently, the full trailer for the microdrama series (published today, October 31, 2026), have also trended online in the past few days, with taglines, according to JRB Creative Production, shared that KOVER DEAD GIRL WALKING, DGW BAGONG PASABIK, DGW IKATLONG PASILIP, DGW NEXT REVELATION, DGW MATINDING PASABOG, DGW POSTER ON IWANT, and DEAD GIRL WALKING TRAILER are among the trending list on X/Twitter in the Philippines during each of which of the teaser videos related to each tagline and its official poster and trailer has released.

The first five episodes of Dead Girl Walking are available for streaming free of charge on iWant and its social media pages (including ABS-CBN Entertainment’s accounts); subscribers may watch the rest through its subscription plans priced monthly at PHP 35.00 in the Philippines, USD 12.99 in the United States, and USD 4.99 elsewhere.

Kolette Madelo, alongside PBB Gen 11 ex-housemates Jarren Garcia and Dingdong Bahan, will also appear in a musical play titled The Art of Breaking Up at the PETA Theater, scheduled for next Friday, November 6, 2026, also the day when the microdrama was released on iWant.

Apart from Dead Girl Walking, other iWant microdrama series that feature the ex-housemates of Pinoy Big Brother Gen 11 were Shadow CEO (Dylan Yturralde with Vivoree Esclito), When Brothers Fall (Jas Dudley-Scales with Argel Saycon), Will You Fake Marry Me (JM Ibarra and Fyang Smith), Half Sisters (Therese Villamor), and another future offering, Coach Me Maybe (Kanata Tapia with Rave Victoria and Lance Jeremy).
