Big dreams, big wins

Team SuMy wins Stars on the Floor Season 2, Two Songbayanans in Everybody Sing Season 4 wins PHP 1-M in May 2026
The Kapuso dance floor further intensified its most electrifying showdown, as after sixteen weeks of breakthrough performances, intense challenges, and unforgettable transformations, the second season of the Philippine Television’s biggest and most talked-about original celebrity dancing competition, Stars on the Floor, made a final dance to its finalists, and named Team SuMy – the duo pairing of Sugar Mercado and HORI7ON Jeremy – as the Ultimate Dance Star Duo for this season.
Hosted by Asia’s Multimedia Star and Box Office King Alden Richards, the grand showdown featured their final performances of the season’s five powerhouse Dance Star Duos, which include Jasmine Curtis-Smith and 1st One Joker, Rocco Nacino and Kaia Sophia, Paul Salas and Calista Denice, and Chanty Videla and Alamat Jao, alongside this season’s Ultimate Dance Star Duo. Each of which pushed their creativity and artistry to the limit, mixed with high-concept performances that blended storytelling, emotion, and world-class choreography.
Sugar-Jeromy and Chanty-Jao are the remaining two dance duos based on the combined scores from the Dance Authority, led by the Kapuso Primetime Queen and Dance Hitmaker Marian Rivera, Kapuso Dance Floor King Rayver Cruz, and Dance Trend Master Coach Joseph Roncesvalles, and votes from the public through their online poll. The two duos earned their spots in the Ultimate Final Dance-Off of Stars on the Floor Season 2. But when the competition ended, the Sugar-Jeromy duo rose above the competition, delivering their final performance that captured both the hearts and approval of The Dance Authority and The Dance Universe.
Also present in the Ultimate Showdown for this season is an all-star performance from Alden Richards, Marian Rivera, its judges, A-Team, and the all-star dance star duos that Stars on the Floor Season 2 has to offer.
Dasuri Choi and Rodjun Cruz are the previous grand winners of Stars on the Floor.
Meanwhile, within the whole month of May 2026, in Everybody Sing Season 4, one of the returning community singing game shows airing on weekends at 20:30 (after Kapamilya Deal or No Deal) via Kapamilya Channel, Kapamilya Online Live, ALLTV2, and A2Z, two of the Songbayanans won a jackpot prize of PHP 1,000,000.00 on top of the additional cash prizes from the Singko Blanko round.
The first one was the Songbayanan from Calumpit, Bulacan, which won the One Million Peso jackpot prize a day after the 4th season premiered (May 3, 2026). The Songbayanan correctly guessed all ten songs in the Ultimate Everybody Guessing jackpot round. Leslie, who is among the Songbayanan from that province, answered the final question about what they’ve heard: Pangarap Lang, sung by Yeng Constantino. The answer was said during the remaining five seconds of the jackpot round.
Vice Ganda, the host of the community singing game show, said the jackpot prize would be a big help to them as they continue to face challenges brought by recurring flooding in Calumpit, Bulacan. Additionally, the Songbayanan also won an additional PHP 60,000.00 from the Singko Blanko round (for a total of PHP 1,060,000.00).
The Singko Blanko round in the Songbayanan was led by celebrity guest Bela Padilla from Blood vs. Duty, together with Your Face Sounds Familiar Season 4 grand winners JM dela Cerna and Marielle Montellano, for a special jam session during the episode’s broadcast.
Meanwhile, in an episode aired on May 31, 2026, a group of Transport Network Vehicle Service (TNVS) drivers took home the PHP 1,000,000.00 jackpot prize, plus an additional PHP 20,000.00 cash prize from the Singko Blanko round, headed by the Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition Kapamilya Ex-Housemate Ralph de Leon (for a total of PHP 1,020,000.00), after successfullly identifying all the ten required songs.
The group won the coveted prize when a TNVS driver named Joel correctly guessed the final song title, Loveteam. Vice Ganda also said that if the drivers are meaningful, the prize would go to the group. The episode also featured the hit Tarsier Records singer-songwriter Maki, adding fun and excitement in the studio.
Furthermore, the singing game show continued to receive praise from netizens for bringing joy and entertainment to viewers every Saturday and Sunday night. Most viewers shared that it helped them unwind and de-stress. Others said that they enjoy guessing the songs alongside the Songbayanan seen in every episode, and celebrating the victories of fellow Filipinos.

Photo leaking is a form of cyber harassment, online abuse, and a violation of digital privacy that causes negative effects of public humiliation and reputational damage for the victims.
Ivan Andrew Payawal, the director of the upcoming original series, said viewers must watch it because, apart from its theme, it’s very relevant now. The issues that we are tackling are happening in real life. Our show is a safe zone for everybody.
Apart from Alexa, Xyriel, Reign, Andi, and Rans, the series also stars JC Alcantara, BGYO member Akira Morishita, Raven Rigor, Zach Castañeda, L.A. Santos, and Zach Guerrero.
