For the fifth time in Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0, a fifth set of groupings was made, comprising three groups with four housemates each. Each group of three must have a leader, which is why another leadership task occurred, amidst the Wildcard Votings, which are still ongoing.
Through a Leadership Task, housemates will comprehend a storytelling of “Ang Kwento ni Miggy”. After listening, housemates will answer all three questions. Each question consists of six pictures as choices from the Picture Choice Board, which must be flipped first. Then select one of the six answers from the board, place it on the placeholder, and state the final answer. They can proceed to the next question if the answer is correct; however, if it is wrong, they must choose another answer. Since this group formation will be divided into three, the top three fastest will be declared the group leaders. The group leaders who are among the quickest to do this are: Princess Aliyah, John Clifford, and Joaquin Arce (see scoreboard below).

With that said, Princess, Clifford, and Joaquin will have their rights to choose the other three members of each group, which are the following:
- Team Flap: Princess Aliyah, Lella Ford, Ashley Sarmiento, and Fred Moser.
- Team Soaring Langga: John Clifford, Miguel Vergara, Heath Jornales, and Krystal Mejes.
- True-Pa: Joaquin Arce, Caprice Cayetano, Carmelle Collado, and Sofia Pablo.
Reminder: Continue to vote for Anton Vinzon, Eliza Borromeo, Lee Victor, Inigo Jose, Marco Masa, Rave Victoria, Waynona Collings, and Reich Alim as Wildcard Housemates on the Maya app. Open the Maya app and tap the PBB Icon, select an ex-housemate to save for wildcard, and confirm your vote for as low as PHP 10 for 10 votes.
